You see, I am lacking a certain number of ... contacts, and I'm in a rather interesting position that can be utilized in very unique ways.

Sad to say, my relations with Mr. Kagura has hit a sore point, Mr. Kurata is ... not what he once was, and Mr. Black I have not heard from in some time. The good Doctor Eggman and his comrades have an interesting thing going on, but that's not yet somewhere I can viably throw my hat in.

Additionally, one alliance I was forming seems to have been interrupted by the other party vanishing from this world, seemingly. Or maybe a Dokugumon ate them. You can never be COMPLETELY certain.

Regardless.

Tetha's police force has their merits, of course. But, even with those lording above them corrupt, and having weeded out many of the "good seeds" as it were... They are still of their own mind and opinions.

There is potential for distinct unreliability, and there's certain things I just cannot do with them.

Well, I'm not usually one to act open and publicly, but, well. Fate has decided other things for me here.

Which does not mean I don't know how to UTILIZE such a thing.

I need... proper enforcement. Whatever you have that would best entail that.

As for what's in it for you...

Pulling the right strings, I can soon have access to Tetha's treasury. As it is, Ravemon has a rather impressive seat of power and influence that can be utilized for the time remaining that he's in power, providing I can - and, I am certain I can - influence him right.

In the end, though, if our cards are played right - and, again, I'm sure this will be the case - we can both be in much better positions at the end of this coming ordeal than we would be otherwise.

DATS will eventually come for Ravemon, and one of the most influential cities in this world will again change.

I'd say being apart of ushering that in under our own terms is a pretty nice proposition.

Hmmm... promises of power, money, influence... without a concrete offer of ANYTHING. You're leaving it up to me to make my choice... You've been doing this for a good long time, haven't you?

I could draw this out, but what point would that serve? How about this...

I offer my minions on the cheap, and you're contractually obliged to keep them busy. I'll even help out on my own should you need it, so long as you can assure me that I keep my image clean.

I have plans of my own, and getting on DATS's radar as anything more than a minor threat will upset that. I'll even kowtow to you in public.

And speaking of those plans, we'll get to my REAL price. You've got Ravemon's ear, do you? That's what I want. I need area leaders to look the other way while I work on some construction across the Digital World, and if Ravemon can vouch for me... Well, I think that would do just fine.

So tell me, schemer... Does that sound sufficient for your needs?

Well, as it stands, this is - in the official sense - just a business proposition. If similar services are offered to those who request them... then, well, any damage done can be shoveled upon responsible parties.

Which, very well could be myself. But, playing matters correctly, can be pointed towards Parrotmon or Ravemon.

Who's to say that it can't be foisted off on some other schlub entirely? It's just a matter of being creative.
