Well, this has certainly been a fun little experiment, hasn't it now?

How easy it is for a human's violent, barbaric instincts to surface even when they are given the choice of peace.

How very typical of your race.

I have to ask you all a question, though.

Those that fought, when we so clearly gave you a way out... why DID you, hm? You cannot be foolish enough to think you would win. If you made it through us, there would be Parrotmon. Then Ravemon. All of which, I believe I pointed out, but by that point you would all be criminals, anyway, and not stand a chance against him. I figure it bears repeating. Over. And over again. And any heroic nonsense about making a point or taking a stand, or any thing such as that? Is nothing more than that. Nonsense.

You live beneath someone who I can be pretty well certain, at this point, you do not trust.

You cannot surely expect to close yourself off right beneath the nose of Tetha's Military Police, not when they're starting to crack down as they are. Thinking you are safe from anyone interfering with you... you will not be safe from that, dear Tamers.

Not so long as you keep huddled up in one teeny, tiny portion of this world, thinking you can stave off all evils from your self designed fortress. That is on the grounds of a place where you have no legal recourse, no power, and no real authority to fight back.

There are Tamers in this world that actually have a fortress. And even they have seen its heart ripped out and their walls torn asunder.

You are no different.

And in fact, in an even worse position than you really realize.

Or else you wouldn't have made such a lovely, glaring target of yourselves.

There are so many other concerns in this world. There are wars brewing. Wars happening right now. Enemies gaining power.

And yet.

You expend so much energy... fighting when you do not have to fight, and when fighting is in fact nothing but a detriment to your "cause" and how you appear to the world.

You are entertaining, at least.

But for now, little more.

This situation you are in, should you even chose to return to it... you are not up against some average super villain or crackpot mad scientist with delusions of world domination. You would do well to stop treating it as such.

And if you think you know what I'm trying to do, you are already quite wrong.

Because it is, since I know you are unlikely to take my advice and more likely to try and futiley throw it back at me, very much...

A secret.

[locked to the Syndicate and DATS. Yes, both]

So with a very large portion of the Tamers in Tetha scattered to the four winds, I wonder...

I am sure you are all aware that Tetha will be a crossroads to the next age of this Digital World.

The only question is...

Which one of you has the ability to capitalize first, hmm?

Oh, cram it!

I don't know who the hell you are and frankly, I don't care! From what I've been reading since I got here, you're just like every other asshole out there who thinks he's so high-and-mighty in some mighty position. But, you know what happens in the end?

They all come tumbling down because they decided to grab too much.

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 02:59 am (UTC)(link)
If that's what you think I am.

You have missed the point.

Typically.

Next?

[identity profile] before-haylin.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:06 am (UTC)(link)
Hmm...

I must admit, you make a very good point. Then again, seeing as what many of these people have been through, they're pretty much willing to die for what they've built with their own hands.

Of course, as you speak, many have attempted to rise up and try to help with those, but have been held back because of those who love them.

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
If they are willing to die for something they cannot win, that is not admirable.

That is, quite honestly dear madam, stupid. If you die, you cannot accomplish anything.

If you survive, then you have a whole world open to you.

Anything less is foolhardy when it is not a situation which even warrants life or death combat.

DIBS! AH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

[anonymous/untraceable]

[identity profile] smile-n-stab.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
It was, and will continue to be, amusing to watch at least.

Re: [anonymous/untraceable]

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:10 am (UTC)(link)
Indeed.

As I said.

Entertaining, at least.

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:18 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I suppose you cannot fully be blamed for a hasty retreat!

Your cooperation in that area, at least, was most appreciated!

... Those of us at DATS have no pretense of having suffered more, or whether such a thing should even be a contest. The people of Skuld... particularly the Dead Zone, the capital of which your new minions have stolen... they have endured far more than mere security breaches.

[locked to Xellos and the other commanders]

Once again, Xellos, I cannot tell whether you are lying, or using the truth to your own ends.

But one thing is clear. You're trying to manipulate us.

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
I do not believe Mr. Bowser would appreciate being called a MINION, Mr. Suguru.

It is just a simple business arrangement. Nothing to concern your silly little head over~ ^_^

[locked to DATS Commanders]

Regardless, that is but a small detail in the grand scheme of things.

I must thank you for your... choice of actions, Xellos. Let's just say some comrades of ours will be willing make those children's lives a living hell for quite some time...

Well.

At least SOMEONE is happy.

[identity profile] guardian-haylin.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:40 am (UTC)(link)
...You're pathetic!

In case you were wondering, that's just a message the guy who yelled that phrase last week-about the Horde-wanted me to tell you~

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:42 am (UTC)(link)
One idiot child sending a message for an even larger one.

Oh, Ruby Eye, how I love you people...

[identity profile] poeticshark.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
Since you seemed so confused about this on the battlefield...

You called me "captain of the borg", and then a "queen", which is nothing like "captain of the guard", and sounds absolutely nothing like it. I have no idea what a borg even IS, as well.

As a connisseur of the arts, including comedy, your joke was insultingly pathetic.

And don't bother to explain it.

That would remove whatever meager vestiges of humor linger around this comedic travesty.

Good day to you, ma'am.

Your point, you purple-haired freak?

Other than the fact that you're an annoying ass, that is.

My point? You have obviously missed.

We are about par for the course here, I believe!

Yes, well...

I suppose I must thank you and your men for the restraint you showed when we were foolishly attacking you. And I thank you for making sure that the younger ones had safe passage out of the building.

But really. Fifteen minutes?

[identity profile] luminarydream.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 06:58 am (UTC)(link)
Why fight?

Because Yggdrasil brought us fight the scum of this world.

And yes, that is the answer to your question in case you had any doubt.

And one who can't even tell someone's age, I doubt you can see a full picture.

Re: Anon/Untraceable

[identity profile] digitalhimitsu.livejournal.com 2009-08-06 09:23 am (UTC)(link)
Ah. You people are like clockwork. What was it I said about heroic nonsense? You only make yourselves look worse in the process.

No; your idealized excuse is horribly mistaken. You, and all of us, were brought here as an experiment, simply to see what would happen. I believe our dear wizard friends have said as much in the past.

Whomever you may be, I regardless sincerely doubt you're one to be preaching to me about AGE.

[identity profile] divinewatertech.livejournal.com 2009-08-07 07:25 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, so scare of the big, bad police force that has oh so much power.

Except that, oh, they didn't even BOTHER looking for the tamer who INVADED TETHA AND CAUSED MASS DESTRUCTION. They're hardly good at their job if they can't do any real protection for Tetha. If they continue like this, they're going to get more than tamers fighting them because Digimon aren't idiots!

And nothing is ever futile. No one who thinks something is is not really all that terrifying.

And don't preach like a race is lower or better. Not everyone was human.
